Where we come in

Maybe the house needs more than you want to put into it. Maybe the timing does not work. Maybe you just want it handled. Tell us what you are dealing with and we will tell you straight what we can do.

We purchase residential property, as-is. Some of what we put under contract we keep; some we close alongside a partner or another buyer. Every transaction closes through a licensed title company or a closing attorney. Nothing is signed that you have not read, and nothing about your terms changes after you sign.

Once we agree on a way forward, it goes in writing — on a closing date that works for you.

Through a licensed title company or a closing attorney, with a settlement statement showing where every dollar went.
