The short version

This website has no contact form, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies and no third-party scripts of any kind. The fonts are served from this site rather than from a font network. Loading this page does not send information about you to us or to anyone else.

The only information we hold about you is what you choose to put in an email to us.

What we collect

If you email hello@hushsell.com, we receive whatever you send. In practice that is usually your name, your email address, a phone number, a property address, who else is on the title, what is owed and whether payments are current, any liens or title issues you know of, and a description of your situation. Our email link suggests those questions; you decide what to answer and what to leave blank.

If a transaction moves forward, we will collect additional information necessary to evaluate and close it — for example, loan payoff details, title information, or documents your title company or closing attorney requires.

What we do not do

Because we do not track anyone across websites, there is nothing here for a browser “Do Not Track” signal or a global privacy control to switch off. We do not respond to those signals differently, and we do not permit any third party to collect information about your activity on this site.

Who sees it

Only the people who need to. That means us, and — if you decide to move forward — the title company or closing attorney handling the closing, any partner or investor closing alongside us, and, if we assign the contract, the buyer completing the purchase. In each case they see it only for that specific transaction.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order.

How long we keep it

Correspondence about a property we did not buy is kept only as long as it is useful, and we will delete it sooner on request. Records relating to a completed transaction are kept as long as our legal, tax and accounting obligations require.

Your choices

Email us at hello@hushsell.com and ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including in California; the same email address is how you exercise them, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Security

We keep your information on access-controlled systems and share it only as described above. No method of transmitting or storing information is perfectly secure, and email in particular is not encrypted end to end. Please do not send us a Social Security number, a full bank account number or a copy of a government ID by email — if any of that is genuinely needed, the title company or closing attorney will collect it through their own secure process.

Children

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
